The Rain
When it rains it pours.
For whatever reason, when you feel like you can’t try or take any more, more is put onto you.
Although you can’t control when life decides to throw in the unexpected, what you can do is make sure you’re prepared for it the best you can.
You have a stored umbrella somewhere or you know where you can ask to borrow an umbrella.
Maybe you have a raincoat perfect for this occasion you have stored away.
You have someone to walk through the rain with you.
You feel like you get tested at the worst times. But then It’ll give you a better perspective for next time because although we can’t control when the rain comes sprinkling or pouring in, what we can do is store some extra cozy blankets. Keep some hot chocolate in the fridge or your favorite coffee beans to whip up a warm drink.
Maybe then you can start to love the rain because when the rain comes, it serves as a reminder that you will always be there for yourself. You will figure out what to do and who to call when the unexpected comes. Maybe one day, you start to embrace the rain because when the rain comes it is a reminder to take care of yourself and as a reminder, there are always solutions and people there for you. Maybe you order some takeout or you take out the Dutch oven from the cupboard and start to make yourself your favorite soup and call a friend over.
Winds
Sometimes strong winds come and knock your step,
but sometimes this is needed, so you recognize the need for recalibration of your following steps. When this happens, use the wind to redirect you. Don’t object. Allow the natural movement of nature to assist you to redirect you to the place you’re most needed.
